Hi, I completed all the steps except it looks like the password back up file failed to complete the download, I don't see any email from steemit.ninja just a receipt from oracle d. Is it possible for me to access the password download file from anywhere, will it be sent or have I just flushed $2 away? No emails yet from steemit, how long should it normally take for accounts to be validated and will i get access to my password and keys etc?

we are sorry that you had trouble downloading the password backup. We added an alert box to make sure the user checks whether the download was successful.
Steemit is not involved in the account creation process. The only email you receive is a receipt for your purchase. We never store your password or keys on our servers. Accounts are immediately created after your payment was authorized by your bank.
With the next release we will add a small FAQ section which explains all these details.

Thank's for the refund and understanding, 2nd attempt was successful :-) I made certain that the download had completed before moving on second time around, thank's for your quick response and support. The process was extremely quick and easy... Thank's for providing such a great service.
Following up on this, I just created a new account using @steem.ninja and I made certain the download was complete and saved nicely before proceeding to the checkout. Thanks @steem.ninja it was a simple, smooth and fast process Good Job! *Tip - take your time when setting up your account and make sure you get that back up! :-)
