Hello to the members of the brave new world !
Im Nathen and probably a tad older than the average Steemer but Im fascinated with the direction the internet is taking these days and although struggling to fully understand how the technology works, am a firm believer in the future being one of 'crypto currencies' and decentralised apps.
Im here to learn from the wise sages and am enjoying the discussions and mainly fabulous and intelligent posts.

Im English actually ! ....and Im 51. I share my time between UK SE Asia. Ive been involved in various forms of IT and communications my entire life, Ive been 'online' since the home computer days of the 80s but in the last couple of years the pace of change and complexity has gone up a couple a couple of notches beyond my ability to take it on board ! Im a passionate believer that the internet is the most incredible tool for connecting people anywhere in the world and giving them the ability to learn and understand about each other thus promoting harmony and cooperation and hopefully more peace !
I simply came here to learn, as I think groups like this, and medium for example are fucking amazing with people sharing their hard earned knowledge.
I also like getting pissed and watching football lol

I'm a rugby league fan myself. Though it has become so soft that I find I'm watching more women's hockey to fill that interest in contact sport.
