Hello Dear community!

My name is Hani. I am 39 years old, Lebanese Palestinian born in Beirut Lebanon.
I am blessed to have lived a life that is full. Experienced terror and trauma from young age of civil war, experienced drug and alcohol addiction from puberty, experienced mental illness and psychosis, witnessed accidents and many deaths of loved ones. I had a very difficult life.

I also had a very easy life. Doors were opening for me. I lived in Dubai for 15 years and worked as a Marketing Specialist for big multinational companies. I became an entrepreneur and organized large sporting events across the Middle East. I earned a lot of money, lost a lot of money, spent a lot of money, and had all my love and hate relations with money, until I found peace with money.

I had the same with women. I had many, loved many, hated many, slept with many, and all of them left my life. I am lucky to have found the one true woman that I love fully and is so significant in my life, she holds the mirror for me and shows me the good, the bad, and the ugly.

I moved to Vancouver, Canada last year and studied wellness counselling. I don't believe in diplomas given by organizations because education without practice does not mean much, especially in the "wellness" world. I was luck to travel extensively across far east Asia, and learn ancient ways of Chinese medicine, qi gong, yoga, and experiment with detox programs, kriyas, fasting, and plant medicine (both psychoactive and non psychoactive).

Today, I am devoted to working with men to rediscover masculinity (whatever the hell that means), the yin and the yang, and the wu wei. Finding balance and harmony, and reclaiming parts of ourselves that have been suppressed by the sick society we live in (no offense to anyone lol), but often parents don't know any better, and raise kids the way they were raised, and pass on the same mistakes. Now the world is multiplying at a crazy rate, and in a world of easy access to information, it is very easy to be misinformed.

My purpose is to explore with men what it really means to be a man, a warrior, a king, a lover, a magician, a true man who owns his emotions, who controls his aggression and sexuality, is a humble servant of his higher being.

I work somatically, with the body memory, releasing trapped emotions, expression anger and sadness. navigating through traumatic experiences (if and when needed). I also work cognitively to discover mental construct both helpful and helpful and work on changing those narratives.

I work a lot with addiction in all kinds (sugar, coffee, tobacco, weed, porn, opioids, amphitamines), as well as cutting cords with toxic relations, healing father and mother wounds, reintegrating the inner child. and a lot of other funky stuff.

I deactivated my facebook and instagram accounts a year ago because I struggle with expressing my authentic voice to those communities for some reason, and it feels like over here I am addressing a counter culture, and for that I will receive a better quality of attention and care and therefore will be able to share myself more openly, and hopefully be able to serve and create a real impact and help someone become better at life, by finding their own way, the same way I found mine.
