Ensalada "Inusual"
Toda la belleza de la ensalada en palitos de cangrejo frito.
Ingredientes:
- 200 g de palitos de cangrejo
- 300 g de champiñones
- 2 lazos
- 2 zanahorias hervidas
- manojo de eneldo
- Aceite de oliva al gusto.
- Aceite vegetal para asar.
- sal al gusto
Cocinar
Deliciosa ensalada con palitos de cangrejo fritos, crujientes en ensalada con un sabor distintivo de pescado, con un sabor tan fino y agradable.
Las cebollas se cortan en mitades y se fríen en aceite vegetal.
Las setas se cortan en platos y se fríen hasta que se doren.
Los palitos de cangrejo se cortan en tiras y se fríen en aceite vegetal.
Combine champiñones, cebollas, palitos de cangrejo, agregue zanahorias hervidas, rallado en un rallador grueso y eneldo finamente picado, mezcle todo y luego sazone con aceite de oliva y vuelva a mezclar.
Y ahora es el momento de disfrutar de una ensalada inusualmente sabrosa.
