Hi fellow members of Steemit fraternity!

A colleague and friend of mine introduced me to Steemit, it took almost a week of preparations and learning before landing my feet on this planet where people are creating contents and sharing information.

I am Farhan, currently living in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (for those who don’t know where Abu Dhabi is? United Arab Emirates is a union of 7 states in the Middle East and Abu Dhabi is the capital of it, beside Dubai is the most populous city of the Country). Currently working as a human resource professional (by qualifications and career) with one of the leading regional organization in the field infrastructure, building and MEP construction.

The span of my journey in this field comprise of 22+ years yet ongoing. This quest provided me an opportunity to associate myself with leading organizations, interact with HR Gurus, handle complex HR projects and implementing HR policies, procedures and practices for organizations with cross culture workforce ranging from 300 to 25,000 FTEs (Full Time Employees), both in Pakistan and the UAE.

Beside my professional achievements, I am a self made person, a traveler, a lover to the motherland (Pakistan), a humanitarian, and a person who looks at things from a different perspective.

I am looking forward to learn from you all and continue communicating my thoughts.
