Thank You for your question. It sounds like the images you are using were either to small and had to be stretched to fix the specifications or they were too large and had be reduced in size to work with the Steemit upload. I have included a few links below that may be of help. Have a great weekend!

The image i choosed, is from this post here. Look at the picture in full size. Its hq as hell.
But thanks. I only need to know the required size for the pic on steemit, to create it like that perfectly.
