Well, I'm no expert--I can tell you that for sure. But there are a few things you can do to get you started. Join Minnowsupport (do a quick search on this). Also invoke "original content" (see one of my last posts for info on this). You'll get some needed upvotes for your blog posts. Be sure to use tags on your posts that make sense. Folks who have interest in that topic will likely see your posts and upvote your good content if it is tagged in the right place. Regarding content, be sue your posts have at least 500 words (per most Steemit guidance to newbies), and your photos and videos are your OWN. If not yours, be sure to cite sources. Lastly, GIVE the support you want to get in Steemit. Upvote every time someone engages you with a comment. Follow folks who are supportive of you. Being supportive of others (with good content) is the best way to success. I hope this helps you out. Feel free to ask questions and do searches on topics you do not understand. There is a wealth of information already archived. Most of all...have fun!
