Hey there folks!
My name is Chris and I reside in the lovely beach community of Bayville, New Jersey. I own a comic book and toy store called Conquest Comics that’s pretty kick ass if I don’t say so myself. (Go peep it out)
Family and friends are extremely important to me and I value them greatly. I have dogs and cats and they are my world even though there is husky and malamute hair on my clothes daily.
My main goal in life is to make a living someday in film and television....behind the scenes. I’ve produced and assisted directing in 2 feature films so far and look forward to the next project.
Currently I’m dabbling in the crypto market and trying to absorb as much as possible. I feel like I’ve come a long way since I first started but still learn daily. Very hopeful for the future if investing in strong projects and teams.
Anyway, thx for giving this a look. Any support would be much appreciated as I’m new to this. I look forward to participating and providing some (hopefully) insightful articles and posts on the comic industry, conventions, dogs, films, crypto, and any other random nonsense thatbpops into my dumb head.

I'm not sure if there are any feeds on Steemit for comic book and toy stores, but with your energy and enthusiasm, you will likely be able to carve out a niche for them.
Particularly with comics, since Steemit is essentially a blogging / publishing / writing platform. Not that you could post the comics here, but you could post reviews, summaries, overviews, or anything else related to them.
Below are a few basic points of advice re posting on Steemit.

All useful information! I appreciate the insight. Still figuring this who thing out...ya know? As far as the comic and collectibles angle goes you are right. There does not seem to be a world of action there as of the moment so hopefully I can help and get a bit more participation there. You rule!!!
One more point. Submitting photos in the various photo contests is a great way to earn a bit of Steem and to attract followers. Here are links to 3 contests.

Awesome. Yeah we do exclusive variant cover comics in shop sometimes. We have a new one launching next week for the newest issue of Amazing Spider-Man. 3 covers by the amazing Joe Linsner. It’s a homage cover to the classic X-Men 100. Can’t wait for this to arrive next week. We have to shop a ton out. Ugh. Lol.

How did you make it onto steemit?
Well I started getting involved with crypto late last year. The wormhole of knowledge led me here. I love the idea behind it and hope it catches on. How did you come across it?
Literally the same way. Being introduced to it about a year ago. I immediately wanted to know more. Started reading more on it. Researchering stuff etc. Came across steemit, so here I am!
