We are BitBay, a cryptocurrency exchange based in Katowice, Poland :)
Currently in process of transforming our platform into even better place for trading digital currencies, our story started in March 2014. Since then we’ve been working hard to be the best exchange in Poland and the world.
We’ve introduced many distinctive features, such as express deposits with credit and debit cards or cash withdrawals via ATM without a card. Our clients can also order BitBay card which allows them to pay with Bitcoin anywhere in the world!
Security is our priority. We’ve created original IT solutions to keep our clients and their funds as safe as possible. We use cold wallets for keeping all cryptocurrencies so they cannot be stolen or hacked. We provide our customers with tools for account protection - e-mail confirmations and Google Authenticator 2fa.
We have a professional support that is available via various channels - e-mail, online chat and phone. We believe that constant communication with our clients help us to provide them even better service.
This summer another exciting chapter in our history starts, as we will introduce version 3.0 of our platform in August. With it, we promise new altcoins, even more methods for deposits and withdrawals and professional trading tools like swaps, contracts and leverage.

Having one of the biggest Exchange in Europe here on Steemit is huge!
Support for STEEM and SBD would be so awesome! There is great need for alternatives. Right now Poloniex is no very reliable. You could easily take over big part of their volume!

What will you do if instead of people calling you bitbay they call you bitgay?
I imagine they might commit ritual suicide to cleanse the sheer humiliation and shame.

I agree with @noisy. If you add support for the native Steemit coins, Steem and SBD, you will generate far more interest on this platform.
After that, then including many of the other Altcoins will certainly see your platform grab attention everywhere else.
Without the above two points fulfilled, that stops me trading on your platform, even though you do offer some other very interesting services.
I'm adding you to my watch list to see how things develop.

Mam nadzieje - podobnie jak pewnie większość polskiej społeczności - że w niedalekiej przyszłości zawita u Was SBD. Ogromne ułatwienie w wypłatach na pewno przekonałoby wielu do Steemita :)

Hej @assert-true :) Póki co w sierpniu dodajemy cztery nowe alty - Ripple, Monero, Dash i Gamecredits. Wasze sugestie na pewno weźmiemy pod uwagę :) Do końca roku na pewno pojawi się jeszcze więcej walut - obserwujcie nas uważnie! :)

This is just great! Thumbs up! Building a platform is not an easy job, i can see how much efforts you guys are putting in. The usability of cryptocurrecies in real-world is definitely one of the key features we need.
