Steaming Along With Steemit
We have amazing knowledge and power within ourselves, if only we would believe in ourselves and stop the negative talk.
So here I am! Thanks to @jonellis who told me all about Steem and encouraged this step into the future.
Why Steemit?
I fell in love with the idea of being part of a community of futurists, where you are rewarded for sharing your knowledge and helping others. So often, we are skilled and knowledgeable but we give up our skills and talent for free. Often to friends. Because, we want to help.
I am really pleased to be in the Beta phase or an 'early adopter' of Steem. I've been waiting with baited breath for my entry ticket in, checking my emails at least twice a day. I found my Password in my Inbox today. It only took 6 days!!
Now the journey begins.
I look forward to contributing.
