Not gonna lie, think I've watched this like 20 times now. Something about the visual flow and interesting glitchy music progression that resolves pretty nicely towards the end. You'd be surprised to find out the original video has no relationship with the music at all. Someone on the Internet just took the time to stitch the two different materials together. A good boost to get back into mood of working out after a year of neglect. No better workout than interpretive dance!

Mesmerizing indeed!
Reminds me of when I started a challenge of doing 2 yoga sessions of 45 mins each every day (with rest break on every 4th day) for 1 month.
I admit: I sit motionless behind my laptop way too much.
So when I started this challenge, about 1-2 weeks in I noticed that I wanted to move my whole body more, at random moments. At one point I had some classical music on, which had a nice melody to it. Just at home, in my room. And I couldn't help myself: I started to free style move on it (I wouldn't call it dance, although perhaps it was)! Very much like the girl in this video.
Haha i notice that dance is something that never goes away once you develop your rhythm and moves. Yeah free style / interpretive is just too fun ;)
Seriously, note to self here: must do more freestyle dance in the safety of my own apartment.
I really liked it, was like a guilty pleasure...

I can't dance for anything, so I always watch dancers with a mixture of awe and envy ;) Are you going to make and post your interpretative workout dances here? That would be something pretty cool to watch :)
Excellent find. I just watched this 3 times in row. I love the fluidic dance in the video. The music here is a wonderful accompanying piece. The glitchy yet repetitive nature of the beat with the dancing in the video makes this mesmerizing.
Video editing is kinda fun.. too bad i still suck at it xD

I know this dancer is v.skilled. It emotes to me the a desire to move and the awkwardness of noy fitting in with ways move. There's a restless joy in her movement. I loved how the clothes in the first half moved. The gold movement for me was the t-shirt tug.
