NaziGate
So Youtube and other social medias are under fire now that a stream of "questionable" videos are appearing that promote indecency towards children. It is under heavy fire now, since most videos are gross, indecent, weird and it can be very bad for the healthy development of kids.
It is named as "Elsagate", and while reportedly some of the videos may be very disgusting, perhaps even borderline illegal, most of it is just entertainment, as weird it may be, they should be marked as not appropriate for kids. Definitely the disgusting or the borderline illegal ones should be taken down.
Okay that is that, but it's pretty much blown out of proportion, while totally ignoring an even more disgusting phenomena that is going on on Youtube, for far longer and on a far bigger scale, perhaps since it's inception, and nobody seem to care about it. In fact they love it.
NaziGate
There are Nazi videos on Youtube that put up Hitler's speeches and in the background play dramatic music and mesh up short clips of Hitler to glorify him as if he were a hero, worshiping Hitler and Nazism.
Its utterly disgusting and it has been going on for at least 10 years and nobody seem to care about it. In fact it's not just a few hundred thousand views, but we are talking about 1-10 million views per video.
And of course the comment section is filled with foaming mouth Anti-Semites, just spreading hatred in the comment section.
Some of the videos did got taken down after they hit a big margin like 20 million views but then they either put it back up as "educational videos" and claim that it's just for educational purposes only. Or they quickly get replaced, since the Neo-Nazis are just everywhere, they will make any new video have a lot of views and spread their filthy Nazi propaganda everywhere.
Take a look at this one for example:
It has close to 9,000,000 views and:
- "No political agenda is propagandized or supported via this uploading"
The uploader claims that the video is purely just for educational or historical archiving reasons.
Okay, take it for what is worth, but take a look at these rabid foaming mouth Anti-Semites that get encouraged with these videos, in the comment section:

I mean this is some kind of Orwellian brainwashing propaganda right there. You have an endless stream of Anti-Semites spreading this level of brainwashing amongst themselves.
The guy that said that he would proudly die for Hitler is a brainwashed moron. I mean this is the level of brainwashing that has been going on there for at least 10 years, and nobody cares about this.
- They are horrible Holocaust deniers
- Spreading baseless Anti-Semitic conspiracy theories against Jews
- Ridiculing the suffering that the Jewish people endured for hundreds of years under very harsh conditions
- And in many cases they are openly calling for violence, horribly evil
Utterly evil brainwashing that is going on right under our noses, but this doesn't seem to bother people, yet it's been going on for a lot of time now.
And then you have countless of smaller videos, which are literally like watching Goebbels himself, "paying tribute to Hitler", with usually 30,000-50,000 views so it's probably under the radar of Youtube's ban mechanism.
But they are endless, thousands, possibly tens or hundreds of thousands of videos with 50,000 views, that's easily 1 billion views if not more in total, just spreading Nazi propaganda and hatred.

In different languages, spread from Nazi pockets from all around the world. Looks like the Nazi brainwashing is very strong it is now international, every scumbag from every country gets inspired by this despicable brainwashing propaganda videos.
Conclusion
So while it's good to expose indecent videos on Youtube, ignoring the most despicable "Hitler worshiping" videos is hypocritical.
If people are serious then they will speak out against all forms of evil, not just the one that they the most angry at at that particular time.
There is no excuse for spreading Nazi brainwashing in the 21 century, because as you can see, it literally turns people into mindless zombies.

Social media sites care more about their traffic instead of moral values but when things get heated they would do the censorship but they will do it later once the traffic level falls.. they are a business and they do want to earn more.. sometimes businesses can hit a jackpot with negative marketing..
Well that sucks. Apparently Google has done a little bit of a crackdown (http://www.independent.co.uk/news/business/news/google-youtube-video-crackdown-extremism-islamist-neo-nazi-far-right-alphabet-advertising-a7911651.html) but probably not enough.
I'm guessing there's not more outrage about it because most people don't know these are there. Youtube is very good at curating content to what you want to see, so I just see Marvel and video game stuff for instance. I don't even ever get sports videos recommended, let alone Nazi videos...

Perhaps you should lead a campaign to censor these views you don't agree with. Wouldn't things be better if you didn't have to see the material you object to?
Well look I support free speech, but considering the past history of the Nazis and the mindless worshipping of Nazism that still goes on today, I don't think a little bit of restriction on this is bad.
Youtube is a private platform, free speech mostly applies to public speech.
Just as you don't invite Nazis into your house to spread their propaganda there, you don't allow these people in your "online neighborhood" either.
Speech who's only goal is to incite hatred is not good.
