There are principles which guide us here, like a road map. They also act as a check to curb our excessive nature. I will add this to the growing list, 'think before you speak'. Words once released cannot be retrieved. Once spoken, the message is clearly received by the recipient. That is why we must be slow to speak, especially in moments of anger and extreme happiness. Our words must be seasoned with 'salt', not spoken to tear down but to build lives, relationships and destinies.
