Liberal Freakout: Boston-area mayor boycotts Sam Adams after founder praises Trump
It may be beer-time somewhere, but you won’t see one Boston-area mayor sipping on a Massachusetts staple anytime soon.
The mayor of Somerville, Massachusetts, Joseph Curtatone, is boycotting Sam Adams after co-founder Jim Koch praised President Trump’s tax cut plan at a dinner in New Jersey last week, saying it allows his Boston Beer Company to compete with foreign breweries.
I have to say this guy is a dumb fucking libtard. God forbid we allow American companies to compete in the global market place. American businesses were suffering because they could not compete with a 35% corporate tax on their backs especially when other countries only charge their corporations 10 or 15%. Trump convinced congress to lower it down 21%, still pretty fucking high and hard for American businesses to compete but it's better than nothing. Now this dickhead mayor is virtual signaling to all the other libtards on twitter that Sam Adams is bad for praising Trump and his tax cuts. Mr. Curtatone might as well call all his constituents that are looking forward to having more money in their pockets come tax season a bunch of bastards for not giving the government their "fair share".

A ton of us left Boston for Manchester to get away from nutbag politics but unfortunately just turned this city into a mini Boston lol. Good luck boycotting one your biggest exports though, Sam Adams was a great man and its a great beer. Goes to show how ignorant the left is, their surprised that a company named for a patriot is patriotic,,, just wow.

The Manchvegas days are over I would say. They cleaned up downtown and drove out the clubs and bars. It gentrified so instead we have good restaurants and chocolate shops. I caught the end of the club days in my 20s so the timing was nice. I got to be a punk kid and now I can go downtown with my kids ;)
Well you know me, I think there are too many cops lol. That's not much of a complaint for most I hope though. I want to homestead and live in the mountains so I need a state with out a property tax. All in All it still is the safest and best city in New England I would say. If I am to live in any city it would be this one. My place is right off exit 8 Rt 93 so its less than an hour from the beach and Boston, Maine and Vermont
in some places homesteaders can get government grants and such. probably better to do that somewhere with a more favorable climate.
Yea I'm going South, but not too far south. I went and checked it out and can't wait to be there again so I can get to work. I did everything I could here and it is past time I moved on.

How long until Facebook Twitter and the rest kick Sam Adams off their platforms? Clearly this mayor has a raging case of TDS, just a matter of time until he kills himself or shoots up a softball game. These people have gone way past the point of no return. It's funny, all Trump has to do is keep doing the right thing and then let them keep hysterically criticizing it. Let them oppose the economic growth, expanded freedom and world peace that Trump is creating in spite of them.

If you think that is bad, Australia's corporate tax rate is 30%. So 21% is definitely more inline with other countries, but most certainly a lot lower than Australia's high tax rate.
Is Sam Adams one of the areas larger employers? Boycott the Employers in your own town. A true idot
