I am going to first start off by saying thank you to everyone who continues to write posts/create videos/podcast in the tag #informationwar and all those who support the effort through delegations/upvotes/curation trail/resteems/etc!!! The InformationWar is over a year old now(created on Sep 23rd, 2017).

A 100% upvote from the @informationwar account? What is the value worth in USD/SP?

At the current price of Steem being 29 cents USD, a 100% upvote from the IW account is worth about 57 cents in total. Calculated using https://steemnow.com/upvotecalc.html. Our total SP(from supporters/our account) is arrived at by doing some extra math shown below, which equals 25,234 SP.

That means that if you had your post set to 100% SP for the rewards and the IW account upvoted it at 100% it would be worth in SP - 57 cents / current Steem price of 29 cents = 1.96 SP. Not bad!

Informationwar curation upvotes, how much does someone get when we upvote them?

On a daily basis if we add up all upvotes, we give out about 5.70 USD worth of Steem in upvotes, or 11.96 SP.
Per week - 39.90 USD or 83.72 SP
Per month - 171 USD or 358 SP
Per year - 2,080 USD or 4,365 SP

The posts that we curate we upvote at 10% to 35%. Your post doesn't necessarily have to have #informationwar in the tags to be curated. It has the best chance of being seen by our curators if you do include the tag, see here for what but if you have it as a tag we are more likely to see it. We browse through some other related tags like Politics/News/Conspiracy/Freedom/Liberty.

Using the 10% to 35% upvote, an upvote from IW would be anywhere from 5.7 cents USD to 19.95 cents USD per upvote. In terms of SP it would be .196 SP to .686 SP.

If the price of Steem goes back up by 10x, and we return to lets say 2.90 USD per Steem, then our 10% to 35% range upvote is now worth 57 cents USD to 1.99 USD!

How many posts have people made in the #informationwar tag? How many Comments?

This number can be found by visiting https://steemit.com/tags

We currently have 3,752 posts with the #informationwar tag, 28,762 comments, 132,261 SBD earned on those posts.

The earnings per post on average is 132,261 SBD / 3,752 posts = 35.25 SBD per post, or at current prices, 25.02 USD. Keep in mind that this number is inflated, and I am not able to get an exact number due to bidbots, the real number is going to be lower than 25.02 USD per post(maybe 12 to 20 USD?)

Our comment to post ratio is 7.66 comments per post. Out of all of the tags on Steemit that puts us at Rank 36(after removing 7 tags that had less than 400 posts). This metric shows that we are fairly active in interacting with each other in the IW tag.

We are Rank 141 for total comments in a tag. Rank 227 for total posts in a tag.
