61-Year-Old Man Killed by Cop During Unconstitutional Gun Confiscation

in #informationwar5 years ago (edited)

A new State law in Maryland that purports to nullify the second amendment on a case-by-case basis resulted in the homicide of Gary Willis. Police officers tried to serve an Extreme Risk Protective Order and seized Mr. Willis’ firearm. It is unknown if Willis was aware of the new law that canceled his right to bear arms in the eyes of the state.

A police officer entered his home and struggled to remove the weapon from Gary’s hands, in doing so the gun either went off, or he fired a shot. The officer’s partner then shot the man to death when he failed to allow them to strip him of his arms. These new red flag laws adopted by several states are an affront to due process.

According to Wikipedia, the Red Flag laws allow for "police or family members to petition a state court to order the temporary removal of firearms from a person who may present a danger to others or themselves. A judge determines to issue the order based on statements and actions made by the gun owner in question."

This creates a situation where the individual is presumed guilty until proven innocent and not afforded the right to face their accuser before having their guns confiscated. If you ask me these laws are reckless, just as bad as no-knock raids. I don’t care who you are if you’re a cop or a criminal it’s not right to enter someone’s home without identifying yourself. Nor is it right to strip a man of his second amendment right to keep and bear arms.

As for the police in America who would do these things, they put their lives at extraordinary risk and seem to not understand the Constitution or the simple concept that many will defend their life, liberty, and property to the death. Now, I doubt that this 61-year-old was hip to all the new rules, or could have even imagined that law enforcement would try to relieve him of his firearms without a fair trial and the ability to face his accuser.

For now, it’s only a handful of states that have implemented red flag laws. It seems clear they use these suspicious mass shootings at schools and other places as a tool to bolster these gun control policies and get them passed on a state-by-state basis. Once it becomes normalized among a majority of the fifty states, it paves the way for top-down federally imposed gun-grab legislation.

You mean false flags like Sandy (fake ass) Hook?
Call a spade a spade, they are what they are, false flags.

If people would just take the time to look into Sandy Hook it could be the catalyst for a lot of people to wake up to reality. My girlfriend is a skeptic but even she was shocked by some of the information I showed her about Sandy Hook and it changed her views on a lot of things. The whole thing has been completely exposed more thoroughly and convincingly than any other false event I can think of yet still people believe. For the people reading this that haven't looked into Sandy Hook as you and I have, here's a link to the book "Nobody Died at Sandy Hook" in PDF format which is a good place to start.

Yes my friend it is a great place to start to awaken the sleepy heads.
You noticed how the (evidence) schools get pulled down after the event?

And that guy that played a soldier and father at Sandy Hook and his supposed wife, are life long actors, now though in the crisis acting game.

Yeah I noticed. It's the same with the ridiculous Novichok/Skripal poisoning in the UK. They are demolishing the Skripal's house and the restaurant they ate in yet people don't wonder why just like they don't wonder why David Kelly's autopsy report is sealed. It is endlessly frustrating being surrounded by people who will literally invent any reason to keep believing in the system that is demonstrably corrupt and failing by design.

All of them, or just that one? It's hard for me to know
what is what. There's a lot of smoke, mirrors, and hype.

I can pick them all apart, given time, though with only 24 hours in a day, and 1 of me, not much chance.

It is a slippery slope we are going down, and the slide has been pretty steep with a half century view. Guess they don't mind making those who say prying from their cold dead hand prove they mean it.

Hi, have added you to the MAPR Curators Trail. More details in this recent post. You should see some support upvotes from my account in the future :-)

Very cool, thank you @rycharde!

This thing happens a lot in my town. I was talking to a guy the other day I will call "Flargen" because that is a fake-ass name.

He was making a bit too much noise with some music and and the police Busted down his door and put his knee on the guy's neck and said:

"I hate you fucking Niggers."

While drawing his firearm, and about to blow his brains out his very pregnant girlfriend tackled the officer.

He got felony charges for assaulting a police officer.

Also this video I'm going to link to prove my point further is extremely graphic.

A man was tased 12 time in water and beaten because he was there was something wrong with his brain.

https://bit.ly/2A3eTcS

Of course, no charges were filed to the 12 murders in question.

But 12 tasers in water will fry you alive so the coroner couldn't identify what was wrong.

That's so fucked, they electrocuted him because they're fucking lazy. That guy was out of his mind, they could have handled him. He was buck ass naked and that alone was proof he wasn't carrying a weapon. His only weapon was the empty gallon of water that he was using to hydrate himself with. This kind of shit just makes me sick to my stomach. I bet you they will call the cause of death "excited delirium." It's the tactic they use to shift the blame away from the officer's use of the taser and onto the victim.
