MedicalEuroBonds : Europeanizing exclusively the medical costs of the coronavirus?

That's an idea, in the sense that in one way it's a very generous way to assume the costs of the non preparation, the amateurism, the carelessness of certain european states medical bills related to the coronavirus... that's certain, why should countries having managed better the spread pay the medical costs of the losers?

On the other hand it's a nice way to off load the national balance sheet costs to the european level... and a generous solidarity way.

Furthermore it would permits to inspect, not europeanize the national medical state, the cost structure of certain states ( I particularly think about the costs of the medical administrative state, cost per patients, survival rate in icu, in the goal for all to benefit from those research on an individual fully sovereign ways, ie share experience, not mandatory imposition of the french for example faillings...

that's an idea...

anyway it's just moving money around...
