Red Flag excuse used to steal guns from over 1700 gun owners in 2018!

Gun rights are being violated with no due process now in a number of States! These laws are Illegal, and outside the Constitutional Laws! These have been creeping in with poorly defined reasons for confiscating firearms; encouraging abuse!

These laws allow someone to "Tun you in" for no real reasons, with no legal risk due to perjury. So if I do not like a neighbor, and I want to cost them serious money in Legal costs, I can turn them in as a 'Risk', and armed! If they are NOT armed, it doesn't matter, they will still get raided. There is no burden of proof for me, so I can raise hell with the neighbor I don't like, at Zero risk!

Spite is a prefect reason, all you have to do is to piss someone off who is willing to call the state on you! If there is any chance that anyone has ever been mad at you; YOU are at risk from this demented law!

This law now (by totally shielding the 'witness') will allow the government itself to become that 'Witness'! This is so very dangerous, because that allows the government to disarm...anyone they decide to disarm; with no due process! These laws are also set up where the firearms once stolen; Never have to be returned!

So is that not bad enough yet, think about what happens when Innocent people are disarmed, by their government!

There is good reason NOT to allow these Evil people to take all our guns away. They do NOT have a good record of acting honorable with their unarmed Citizens; in fact they are proven to be lethal with them across the board! Here is an article of what happens when Citizens become unarmed!

Please look this up for yourself, but when four times as many innocent citizens are murdered by their own governments, compared to the soldiers killed in war over the same time period; the real problem becomes painfully obvious!

Our Founding Fathers KNEW this when they added the Second Amendment; since This is not new, governments have not changed that much. The Constitution is a document to LIMIT our government; to protect US from that very government! Now if we are not careful, we will give our souls (and our firearms) away to that same government! They, being unable to restrain themselves, will begin killing those of us they disagree with. Genocide is a common result of out of control government, and is occurring even today

This is a Huge danger, Historically speaking! This can NOT be allowed, or we Must; as a Republic, Perish! Perish! If this happens, here in the USA, the entire World will follow us into darkness that will be without end.
