petrol additive or better - Browns gas - Hydrogen!

I helped to make a system in Thailand for browns gas & making cars run further with less cost.

And even managed to get on TV advertising it via the Pattaya English speaking news channel. That is my only claim to fame though :-)

If I am brutally honest the system was crude and very rudimentary, though very efficient all the same. We used two electrodes immersed in water, and ran a variable 12 volt feed to it, added a little salt, yes salt to the mix, and made a form of hydrogen. The hydrogen was piped to the inlet on the air circuit (inlet) after any mass airflow sensor. Drilled or otherwise.

We realized a 25% or more reduction in emissions and also in cost per mile - per gallon.

The basics of the kit we made were a glass turned upside down that held the water, on the front of the car, with a grill to cool also. It realistically should have been made to fit inside the car, not outside, though the Thai people seem to like to show off, so they decided on outside. The cost with regards to making a browns gas bubbler was under £20. The savings were massive compared to the cost of manufacture!.

Due to copyright laws I can not show you our original design as I am no longer involved in the project, as I sold my stake in it when it took off, and when I felt I had no value to add to the project anymore. (To be honest I had enough of Thailand and wanted to be somewhere else.)

So let me show you how to, via free to use articles below.

Here's how to build a sexy looking water-fuel generator that will convert your tap water into an extremely powerful, clean burning gas!

An oxyhydrogen generator, like this one, uses electricity from your car battery to split water into hydrogen and oxygen gasses. Together, these make a fuel that is much more powerful than gasoline, and the only emission released is—water!

For this project, you're going to need some stainless steel and some ABS pipe fittings. I visited a local fabrication company, and not only did they have plenty of scrap metal to choose from, they were even willing to help me cut it to custom sizes. A job that would have taken me hours with a pair of tin snips and a hacksaw took only a matter of minutes with their equipment.

I used 20 gauge stainless steel, and with the help of their hydraulic punch, cut precise holes in the tops and bottoms of the plates. When finished, I had 12 plates measuring 3" x 6", 4 plates at 1-1/2" x 6", and three 1" connector bands that were 6", 4-1/2", and 3 1/4". A belt sander was used for smoothing down the jagged edges around the hole.

Next I used 100 grit sandpaper to sand each of the plates diagonally. You can see the "X" pattern I sanded into both sides of the plates. This increases the surface area of the plate, and will assist in producing more gas.
The plates are joined in this configuration, using plastic rods, plastic washers, and stainless steel nuts to make the proper electrical connections. Then a 4" ABS clean out plug was attached at the top with some stainless steel bolts.

I attached a swivel elbow to the top of the cap, and the main generator is finished. Now to make the body.
The body is made from two 4" ABS clean out adapters, with a 4" plug inverted and cemented into the bottom. A 4" tube of acrylic or ABS makes the body, and the generator plates and cap screw down into the top. A water bubbler is made in a similar fashion, but needs to clip onto the side.

Clips are made from scrap acrylic or ABS tubing, and glued to the side of the body.
Some poly tube, and a one-way check valve is added to the top elbow, making sure the valve will let gas out, but nothing back in.
The electrolyte is distilled water and about 2-4 teaspoons of KOH (potassium hydroxide). Salt or baking soda could also be used, but may dirty the plates over time.
Water is added to the bubbler, then the cap is put back on, and the poly tubes are hooked up. Time to test it out with a 12 volt car battery and some jumper cables. The gas is forming and I've collected it in a small water bottle for testing.
The gas burns so fast it's almost explosive, and the bottle shoots down the street. The fuel turns back into water, and that's good for the environment.

The water already in this system should be able to produce multiple thousands of liters of fuel. To refill it, just add more water!
If you like this project perhaps you'll like some of my others. Check them out. Source.

You can also use this for welding, cooking or cutting. The hardest part is storing this highly combustive gas. We are all adults here, or according to the terms of conditions should be. So I am not saying do not make one, it is your own free choice as an adult after all.

A youtube video also.

Even shorter video tutorial.

If all else fails, and you need some cheap fuel, & have some basic components plus a 12 volt battery, you have gas!!! This was Part 2 of my survival posts!

Wishing you as always a superb weekend and week ahead.

Careful dude - people meet with nasty accidents saying stuff like that!

Yes I know they do, I am simply passed or past caring now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Haha yes I have also made my own browns gas and played around with it. Though you need to hide the system well in a vehicle here. I blew one little test container up once WOW it was so loud I had ringing ears for some time after haha. I also have played around with doing some fuel vapour set up years ago to run a lawnmower. It is all good fun. Thanks for sharing this info with us here mate :)

You crazy scientist dude you, now you know I likes ya style bro. :-)

That's me crazy scientist dude I represent that comment :)

Me too, oh no I just joined a crazy feminist womens movement lol.

How did that happen?

Bloody hell you really do not watch the shitty news do you lol https://metoomvmt.org/

Oh OK and no I don't watch much MSM news :)

Where lol?

Holy Smokes this is pretty damn awesome @shepz1, you are most certainly doted with many talents i can see ! " It realistically should have been made to fit inside the car, not outside, though the Thai people seem to like to show off, so they decided on outside." and that bit made me laugh so much i can tell you )) nice one man ! Steem On in your Polish "Love" car im sure !! ))

Cheers bro, you gave me a chuckle there for sure. :-)

Years ago I knew a guy on the backyardaquaponics.com forum that was doing HHO for his cars. AFAIK it works well, but you have to alter your emissions chips to get the fuel mix correct.

If you add it to the mixture after the mass air flow sensor you are good with standard settings bro, we tested it for 2 years.

Cheers, p.s. I worked in the car industry for 40 years in engineering. :-)

I have a friend who made it work on his Civic , He got a 35% reduction in his fuel cost . He made some changes to his spark system to . It all worked for a while , The oxy-hydrogengas is very explosive/implosive so one has to be careful . When the water-level drops the explosion risk increases as there became more room for gas to build up . whit this build it is crucial to keep checking and refilling the system , it needs regular cleaning to .
The best thing would be to make a system that separates the oxy from the hydro witch is not that hard as they are created on opposite sides of power positive and negative . especially for cutting and welding you want only the hydrogen-gas . Even injected in a engine works fine , there already is oxygen enough in the air , if not , use a turbo ;-) .
My friend made a generator run on a water filled jar and only 10cc fuel added to the water . It was fun to make it run but not very effective , it could barely run a lightbulb and did not run that mush longer as it normally would do . The Geet system or so it's called was not a success . If you want some results go for a bubbler a turbo and plasma ignition and go like a Prius ,.... or kick it to bug that Porche .

It is a superb device indeed, and simple to make.

@lyndsaybowes

Seems like something you might appreciate.

I doubt it, she has me on mute!

Trouble in paradise! How did that happen?

And you ask the muted? Now that makes zero sense my friend.

I thought you'd know. My mistake!

No idea, never had a bad word with her.

Its sweet init! Get some goganite to carry with ya and eat lots of organic animal fats.. i wanted to ask if the smart meters are in poland?
Just caught up with news in france, i had no clue that they were wearing hivis, and got one just as winter fell in the same time, wierd aint it all everything the ness of 'it'!

The yellow vests are due to them being compulsory to carry in vehicles in the EU outside of the UK, including here. The party started in France due to a tax on diesel for bullshit global warming, the hi vis represents the driver of the car. :-) I am the knowledge of all things useful and useless you see lol. P.S. when you get here, never say thank you when paying for anything, if you do they will keep the change as a tip.

No smart shit here yet.

Thats great because i have spent under a week around one lol and dont want to start either lol
