It happens all the time! I wrote a series about a year ago called Raping Africa. They have a one-size-fits-all neocolonialism paradigm to extract natural resources. The bankers pick a country and find a bunch of radicals (mercenaries) and give them money and arms. They terrorize the countryside until the UN sends in "peacekeepers." Then the UN picks a strongman sympathetic to the bankers and they have a "fair and impartial election" (overseen by the UN). Then to get loans and money from the World Bank and IMF they have to let the WHO and UNICEF come in and vaccinate. Then the strongman takes all the money and retires to Europe- then it starts over again. I call it the Neocolonial Twostep!
Sounds about right, yes - I'm not sure if you read it or not but the Carroll Quigley book 'Tragedy and Hope' explains the history of how this started 100+ years ago and who is involved behind the scenes.. Ultimately, he exposed a large network of 'anglo saxons' making moves to pull this kind of thing off, including funding from some of the wealthiest families on earth - no doubt many being bankers, but some being owners of other large corporations and other groups.
This simple version is that they are involved in their own 'race war' - the more complex version is that they reject and deny the feminine/emotional aspects of self and the body.. Leading them to overpower and disrespect both the body and will of others and specifically in areas where free will expression and body are more the focus, rather than 'rational thinking'. :/
I haven't read it yet- it's on my list! I've run across a lot of the material in other places- particularly when researching Tavistock and the Brit connection to "empire."
