Diplomatic representatives from Germany, the Netherlands, the United States, Chile and Romania are at the Simón Bolívar International Airport in Maiquetía, Vargas state, waiting for interim president Juan Guaidó.
The interim president is expected to arrive in Venezuela on Monday after his tour of Latin America and will be present at the Plaza Alfredo Sadel, a meeting point for the mobilizations called for this Monday in support of his support.
Juan Guaidó stopped on his way to greet the citizens who gathered in Vargas, backing his return.
