Anonymous Anti-Trump Op-ed-The Deep State and George Soros

A recent Op-Ed, headlined “I Am Part of the Resistance Inside the Trump Administration,” made the claim that an anonymous source, a senior official in the Trump administration, and like-minded colleagues have in their words,"vowed to thwart parts of President Trump's agenda, and his worst inclinations".
What should bring up an immediate red flag is immediately after the eye catching headline, the Op-ed by the NY Times has the following disclaimer:
"The Times is taking the rare step of publishing an anonymous Op-Ed essay. We have done so at the request of the author, a senior official in the Trump administration whose identity is known to us and whose job would be jeopardized by its disclosure."
To show you how unprecedented it is to publish an Anonymous Op Ed a quote from Fox News:
"DePauw University professor and media analyst Jeffrey McCall told Fox News that it’s extremely unusual for any newspaper to let an anonymous source post an Op-Ed or even letter to the editor."
This is almost assuredly a Deep State Psyop. Time after Time it has been proven that wether you like President Trump or not, the mainstream media in collusion with characters like George Soros, and David Brock, along with organizations like Media Matters, and a host of Government Insiders have gone over the top in a crusade to stomp out Donald Trump, and his Administration. New evidence is released continually documenting the lies, and illegal extremes this Deep State Mafia resorts to in an attempt to orchestrate a soft coup d'etat.
I leave you with this strong detail to prove my point that this NY Times Op-ed is a hoax. Out of all the Newspapers this so called senior official chose to speak with, and publish an anonymous Op-ed, which even the Time's called it a rare step. This resistor chose a Newspaper that George Soros recently invested 3 million dollars in.

Soros's stock buy included 126,400 shares in the New York Times Company through Soros Fund Management LLC, the billionaire's New York City-based investment firm. @natepower , I think you are too. Trump has a strong point. If the informant is real, he has just announced guiltiness of treason and sabotage, implicating a group of traitors, who have infiltrated the government intending to stage a coup. The unnamed informant is worried about job security for speaking out??? How about prison for treason and never holding public office again? Obviously, the informant isn't a lawyer.
If the NYT does not turn in the saboteur/traitor, then the NYT is aiding and abetting the enemy. Trump could have the NYT editor arrested for treason right now. I think your hunch is bang on - it's Soros. He certainly has informants in the White House! I wouldn't be surprised to find out that the statement was a compilation of complaints from a number of Obama holdover staffers, that Soros had crafted for press. Nothing in the statement is a new revelation and it's vague, not providing specifics.
Trump should call in the NYT editor's card. Will he? :)

I believe it's an all out fabrication, I didn't bring it up, but I would imagine it's a stab back at the Administration for running the Q Anon op on the left, it appears that an anonymous Op-ed is not an industry standard and most papers would refuse to publish an anonymous Op-ed, the NY Times is going to regret this one.
I see reports that a GOP member has issued notice of a $50k bounty reward for the op-ed author's name. I think it's all hype. I think your instincts are correct and Soros is behind it. If that ever is verified, there probably won't be any repercussions. Is it a Q Anon stab back? If it is, it's not a fatal wound to anyone. Could be interesting if there's a sequel.
I'm looking for the C-SPAN schedule for Jerome Corsi's Senate Intelligence Committee testimony. I'm not seeing it, but I did find a video of him talking about his book back in March. He was talking about the Internet Bill of Rights and government regulation back then.
