Tenth Amendment Center outlines how we can get NSA OFF OUR BACKS and out of our computers.

One of the best and most patriotic political activist organizations in the country is The Tenth Amendment Center (https://tenthamendmentcenter.com)

They are constantly coming up with clever, unique and WELL-FOUNDED ideas about how we can use The Tenth Amendment to roll back the American police and surveillance state that is becoming evermore oppressive, day after day. Their most recent article deals with warrantless (and highly ILLEGAL and UNCONSTITUTIONAL) data collections on all U.S. communications by the National Security Adminstration (NSA.)

Here is that awesome article/idea:

https://tenthamendmentcenter.com/2018/09/06/blueprint-for-states-to-take-on-warrantless-federal-surveillance/

Here is a key excerpt:

"A new law went into effect in Michigan in June 2018 barring “material support or resources” for all warrantless federal surveillance programs. Introduced by Representative Martin Howrylak, House Bill 4430 (HB4430), passed the Michigan House, overwhelmingly, by a vote of 108-1. The Michigan Senate passed the measure, unanimously, 37-0. The bill was modeled after a piece of model legislation drafted by the Tenth Amendment Center called The Fourth Amendment Protection Act. The new law prohibits the state and its political subdivisions from assisting, participating with, or providing “material support or resources to a federal agency to enable it to collect, or facilitate in the collection or use of a person’s electronic data” unless one of these five conditions apply."

All we need is for several other states to follow Michigan's lead and we will be well on the way to rolling back the surveillance state. Here is a link to model legislation that YOU can share with your favorite patriot/Constitutional legislator at the state level (if you happen to know any):

Here is a summary of the above:

"This state and its political subdivisions shall not assist, participate with, or provide material
support or resources to enable or facilitate, a federal agency in the collection or use of a
person’s electronic data or metadata, without that person’s informed consent, or without a
warrant, based upon probable cause, that particularly describes the person, place, or thing to
be searched or seized, or without acting in accordance with a legally recognized exception to
the warrant requirements."

So, there you have it...your action plan for this coming week. Now GO GET BUSY!

FYI/P.S. Here is the text of The Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, in case you weren't familiar with it previously:

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
