The Pentagon Failed Their Audit,... They Won't Be Failing It Again.
The missing 21 trillion dollars is just the tip of the iceberg.
The DoD failed their audit, and so, what did they do?
Did they fix their budget practices?
Did the launch an investigation into where the undocumented adjustments clustered?
Did they fire their accounting department and start again from scratch?
Nope, what the DoD did was to say, we don't like getting a black eye from being audited, so we are just going to place all the missing trillions into budgets that CAN'T be audited.
Now, entire areas of the DoD can not be audited.
They are "top secret"
The CEO of B ackwater was quoted as saying "Prepare for B ackwater".
Because now you can hire them, without exposing that you are hiring them.
Now, all of these secluded entities can trade treasuries for capital and it isn't recorded anywhere.
So, the Cocain Import Agency can hire mercenaries to guard their cash crops in Pakistan and other places, out of the funds they get from importing.
So, instead of the audit making things better, now the military industrial complex is completely out of control with no oversight.

But, what do we expect from a group that has been making D.U.M.B.s (deep underground military bases)?
We, the people of America, should have walked over to where these bases are and demanded to see them. We should have seen the tens of thousands of UN soldiers barracked there and then should have brought it to the top brass to explain their position.
However, instead of this happening, we have its "top secret", and its for "national security". And the military denies its existence, even with photographic and other evidence are brought to their face.
It would be great if the American people had a way of pulling the plug when we thought they have gone off the rails too far.
Unfortunately, take the Cocain Import Agency for instance. If we shut down their funding tomorrow, they would lay off a bunch of dead weight (especially any patriots) and continue on with business as usual. They make enough from their illicit and legal activities to fund their organization.
(Did you know the Cocain Import Agency operates an airline service? Well, they have to keep a cover for those planes being in those places, so they actually have real routes, with real customers. And this service makes a profit.)
Welcome to a world where govern-cements have lost control.
The corporations are taking over, and soon govern-cements will just be paper facades.
There are now private armies with private weapons, and you and i paid for them.
I wish we could shut down all of the federal government except for our border protectors and start rebuilding our infrastructure with the money we save. I don't know how to get rid of our bloated pentigon without some kind of civil war, to tell you the truth I think this system has to fall and hopefully the people can take the reins using our constitution. But I think that's what the controllers are trying to do, bring down this system and take total control as chaos runs free and everyone is just trying to survive.
The first piece that happens, well, maybe not the first piece, as all of these are interconnected.
We elect someone like Chump, who shakes up the status quo.
Next comes, not free energy, but locally produced green energy. Big enough to power a few to a dozen houses, small enough to fit in your back yard.
Then comes water desalination and water transport without pipes.
Now, water and power are wherever you want to build.
Then automation and internet allow working from anywhere, including your garage.
Cities start become wastelands as no one needs to stay in a cramped dirty place for their work or their life.
Small communities start forming everywhere. Built on mutual support. Almost like tribes, but they will probably be called families.
And, while all that is happening, people will stop paying federal taxes, as they see that their tax dollars are not going where they aught be going. Also cryptos come on line and put a fork in the debt and death paradigm of the banksters.
Its all changing. Its going to collapse as the people who see it move to something better.
I saw this story months ago when the professor from MSU and his group discovered this. The Professor was on Geg Hunter (you tube) a second time earlier this week. Of course the media would never look into any of this.
This is a continuation of that.

Basically, they can now declare anything as off budget.

Fortunately, the corporations are going to put themselves out of business.
Just like the internet has been getting rid of middlemen (order direct), the corporations are going to find themselves excluded as people deal directly with other people.
Its going to be exciting times... like living through a hurricane... exciting.. yeah... right
$20T is ~$100k for every American citizen. Stolen from us, by using our resources to manufacture it through fraud, and not imbursing us for our contributions, nor distributing to us our proceeds due.

but we never hear about compound corruption.
If not for this, all the people would be so wealthy... the likes of which we can only imagine. Fortunately, we are about to ignore the war machine to death.
I strongly agree. As personal manufacturing spreads, legacy industry will not be competitive, and outnumbered thugs will quickly vanish, rather than be able to impose rule by force. Right now one person with a microwave beam can BTFO a thousand riot cops, but they're hard to get.
When we can make them at home, they won't. It will be over.
