Permit me to quote you thus: "When we talk about the quality of education, the quality of teachers is questionable and teachers are responsible for the low quality of education, especially in formal education institutions such as schools" I do not agree that teachers should take all the blames for students low performance. The need for trained teachers cannot be over emphasis, but students must be prepared to learn. There little or nothing a teacher can do to a student who is not prepared to learn.
