WAJIK BANDUNG || KHAS MEDAN
Hi Steemians...
Hari ini saya ingin memperkenalkan cemilan khas Medan yang biasa ditemukan saat lebaran Namanya Wajik Bandung sesuai dengan nama daerah cemilan ini berasal.
Berbahan pulut atau ketan, gula dan parutan kelapa makanan ini didominasi kuat parutan kelapa sehingga rasa legit terasa.
Pulut yang dikukus ditambahkan parutan kelapa dan gula. Kemudian dibungkus saat adonan masih hangat dan belum mengeras. Dibungkus dengan kertas minyak berwarna-warni sehingga tidak heran jika wajik bandung menarik perhatian anak-anak.
Lho tangan siapa itu?
Ternyata si kecil tak mau ketinggalan mencicipinya
