Learning to Be a Motivator, Inspirator, and Promoter Who Never Feared Unrivaled

Since the first time I had a Steemit account I found many things, either in the form of certain obstacles or the sweet, bitter, and taboo experience I got. Step by step all these things I went through, I think not as easy as turning the palm of the hand, because we don't set the scenario and we can only follow the flow and procedures to get through and understand the difficult times. As the saying goes "Raft upstream and swim to the shore, get sick first and have fun later". Perhaps the saying is close to what I mean in this paragraph.
The steps and how often I do to Promo Steem is to approach with the people closest to me, like friends, relatives, colleagues and people around me the most I prefer. So I can easily explain a bit more about how the system and management of Steemit accounts are basically, and then I invite them to join Steemit. Don't enchanting anything like a multi-level company, it's just that I just highlight the rewards to them. This started when I noticed the development of several other sosilal media that continuously differentiated hoax and negative issues without being controlled.
Actually it isn't easy when they invite them to join Steemit, the questions continue to be thrown by those who are still wondering because they do'nt know at all about the intricacies of the Steemit platform. Initially many people thought I was looking for their benefit when I invited them to join the Steemit platform. But I don't care about it because I do my best for them all. I think the Steemit platform is so positive that I want to continue to take care of the Promo Steem. In this Steemit we can get rewards in accordance with the contributions that we do and then we can bersosial in the media and in real.
As Steemit develops in Indonesia I often write about postings related to promo-steem. But I don'tt think that's a powerful way to get information about this Steemit to the ears of people all over Indonesia. Sometimes my own friends just hard to come to the post that we have written, glance at it is very rare what else to read. They only expect upvote without trying, this is what we have to straighten out so that no one in understanding about the Steemit Platform.
That's the short story and my first step in doing a Steem Promo with my closest friends and people, that's what I do based on the little experience I have. If indeed they have a consciousness natinya surely they will understand how the system. Because honestly I am not looking for profits and also never use them, it's just that I invite and embrace them to a more positive direction to be able to develop the talent and creativity they have. I feel very happy to share the ease and share a little experience that I have so most of them want to join the Steemit platform.
Realitanya memang sedikit dari steemian memiliki waktu untuk membaca, kebanyakan lebih senang mendengarkan penjelasan lisan tentang steemit, kemudian banyak yg hanya berpikir upvote, banyak.juga yg memiliki pengalaman sama dengan bang mimi, saya sendiri ketika awal diajak gabung di steemit saya kira steemit itu sama dengan mlm makin banyak anggota makin banyak bonus upline nya.
Benar sekali kanda @saifuddin73 Memang realitanya sangat berbeda dengan apa yang kita pikirkan, sehingga ide saya muncul ketika banyak mereka yang mengeluh dan ditambah dengan harga SBD yang semakin anjlok seakan semangat kita hilang tak menentu.

Kalau boleh saya memberi klarifikasi sedikit kepada abg² saya. Sebanarnya bukan steemian ini malas membaca (terkhusus kita di Aceh), tetapi kebanyakan para penulis sendiri menyajikan konten dalam bahasa inggris bg, jadi walaupun itu informasi bagus yang kita kasih tau ke mereka tetapi mereka juga gagal paham dengan apa yg penulis ingin sampaikan.
Kenapa demikian ?
Karena banyak dari steemian kita (Khusus Aceh) yang bahkan tidak paham dengan bahasa Inggris tetapi karena rata-rata penyajian konten di platform ini dalam bahasa inggris ya mau tidak mau mereka hanya melihat gambar saja kemudian jika mereka merasa gambarnya bagus mereka Upvote kemudian mereka comment dengan sederhana "It's a good post, i like it" hanya itu yang mereka bisa kasih dalam postingan seseorang.
Jadi kita perlu sama² membangun kemampuan kita dan rekan² lainnya bg @bangmimi. Itu menurut saya bg, kalau salah mohon diluruskan bg, dan harap maklum saya masih banyak perlu belajar, hehehe

Terima kasih atas kritik dan sarannya, karena kiritikan dan saran merupakan awal untuk langkah perubahan. Memang dalam postingan saya yang ini bertulisan inggris semua dan saya paham bahwa orang-orang kita dari Aceh dan juga Indonesia tak luput untuk membaca ini. Akan tetapi disamping itu sering saya menulis yang berisikan dua bahasa bahkan lebih. Kalau misalkan abang kurang percaya silahkan dibaca beberapa postingan lainnya yang saya bagikan, bahkan jelas sekali bang hehe
Mengapa hal tersebut terjadi, terkadang saya hanya menyajikan satu bahasa saja? Kendalanya ada pada media yang saya gunakan itulah tergantung kondisi. Jika saya buka laptop tentunya sudah pasti saya merangkai dua bahasa itu sangat memudahkan saya dalam menulis. Tetapi jika saya menggunakan HP mungkin sedikit sulit, makanya saya ambil yang relavan saja supaya mewakili setiap Steemian dimanapun mereka berada.
