Direct from the bank of River Ganga in Haridwar (India). The banks also known as GHATS is always flooded with people. The Ghats at Haridwar is called as "Har-Ki-Pauri" is the place for local priest and panda, who perform various rituals.

People from across the world comes to Haridwar to take a Holy Dip to get rid of their Sins. The banks, usually overcrowded with people, and priest have many make shift shops, who sells many items, like Rice puff for prasad to Plastic bottle to carry Ganga water to home. These shops carter many needs of the people.

The river Ganga which originates from Himalayan ranges have strong stream and that can flew away many things. People have strong beliefs, that any sin in this birth can be washed away, by taking dip into the holy water. The river at haridwar is very wide and currently have muddy water, due to rain, washing away all the muds water into it.

The Ghats on the bank are usually for the people to assemble and take the dip as per their choice, although now a days, many peple used to come to this place to enjoy their holidays. The Ghats which have many shops, like the one below:

The shop is selling Rice puffs, which is used as Prasad, eople from all walk of the lifewho visit Haridwar , do take these puffs, alongwith small chunks of white sugar balls, called "Misri" as the Prasad for their family. These gets distributed among the known one. Along with the Puffs, they also sell "Incense Sticks" for worshiping at the ghats. These make shift shops are set up daily by the owner and remove it after sunset.

Very commercial set up at such tourist and religious place, where people use to come to offer prayers and getting feel good factor.
