Restlessness and Growth

Not going along with the Consciousness, not listening to the Consciousness, not getting directed by the Consciousness -- that is the problem. After a while, consciousness stops calling out or directing you if you keep on suppressing it, or ignoring it, not listening to it.

Your soul knows that natural evolution has happened. Actually natural evolution of all happens together.

Some can relate to it, some cannot relate to it at all, but only a few can merge with it. The ones who are able to merge with it are able to evolve and get transformed.
The ones who cannot relate to it, they have to go through discomforts and diseases – both mental and physical, because they are not in sync with Consciousness.

Nature wants everybody to be on the path of growth.

Nature has provided all with faculties to be able to relate to the truth and consciousness. But there is a gap between mind-acquired thoughts and this consciousness, between evolution and mind. Nature wants you to move in step with evolution, behave accordingly, so why do you choose to behave according to worldly tuning, worldly ways? This gap is the root cause of misery.

Not knowing your growth, evolution, your true self, not knowing where you stand, not knowing your truth – this gap causes misery, because inner evolution never stops. All you need to know is where you stand. You are part of Supreme – Prabhu ka ansh, but you have not developed godly gunas, qualities, godly attributes in you, you have not correlated the knowledge. This is the cause of misery.

Inner growth has happened, and yet you continue as before, not flowing with that growth, but behaving or acting through your mind and not consciousness.
And how to train oneself to listen to our consciousness?

Be open and play wholeheartedly – khul key khelo.

Whatever comes into your head, do it, go through it. It will be a learning phase, and it will help you relate to your inner self.

Living within slotted norms will never let you grow.

But there is something called discipline, isn’t that important?

Discipline is important but it should not make you ‘kohlu ka baael’ – mechanical being like the bull which go round and round turning the wheel to extract oil, all day long.

Discipline is meant for your physical and mentally health and right use of your soul energy, so your energy is not wasted and no negative thoughts come in.

Physical fitness is not a goal in itself. Its role is to balance your energy, to blossom your individuality. Be fit so you can assist yourself in your growth.

Fitness should put you on path of growth and should not be a hindrance in your path.

I often ask how long are you going to continue polishing your aircraft, when are you going to fly it?

You make so much preparation for exercising, to stay fit, but what is it meant for? You want to stay fit so you can lead the life you like, a life of luxury, or do you want to be fit for evolution?

Nature has provided us with everything which is needed for our growth towards merging into consciousness, so we can be part of the welfare act and contribute towards whole humanity, creation, by being part of it.
