NAVRATRI - a worship Nine forms of a woman
The word "Navaratri" may be a conjunction of 2 words "nava" (meaning "nine") and "ratri" (meaning "night"). spread over nine nights and ten days, it's one amongst the foremost sacred festivals in Hinduism wherever we tend to worship immortal Hindu deity or Hindu deity, that represents the energy of the universe, in her nine stunningforms with nice reverence.
There are numerous reasons why Navratri is widely known, and every has its own significance in several elements of India. throughout the amount of nine days of navratri, nine styles of Hindu deity, referred to as nav-durga, ar worshiped within the following order:
Shailaputri
Bhrahmacharini
Chandraghanta
Kushmanda
Skandamata
Katyayani
Kaalratri
Maha Gauri
Siddhidatri
It's also know as "Durga Puja"
