When ghost got captured in CCTV (A true incident)

I don't believe in any superstition and you should also..

There is a place Dhanbad (Coal mines) in Jharkhand state of India where a hellcat (a form of ghost) has been captured in installed CCTV camera in premises of Local municipal office. According to cctv footage a lady sitted on stair carrying a fire stick in hand and looks too much danger. People says that she goes there every day to collect her death certificate. All staf of municipal corporation are in fear and they finally decided to start a mass to get rid of the said hellcat. A night guard of that office says that he always hears sound of anklet and glass bangles at night when he visits washroom. This incident has been a subject of gossip these days. However it is still superstition only because hellcat could not be recognised till now but who is in stair? it is big question till now. You can see in video that just behind of hellcat one man and a woman are taking with each other and they were unbale to see hellcat. However only CCTV camera has seen her and there is not a single human eyewitness who has seen her from his eyes.

I would like to know from you that is any incident you have seen? and for this incident do you look any truth? or it may be a plan of office stafs to leave old building rumouring about ghost.
