When it comes to making decisions, I am always careful about my choices, especially if they are going to affect the lives of others. Decision making is not something one would wake from sleep or stand up from where he or she has been sitting and say his or her mind. Having said this, we have to keep in mind the purpose of our decisions, the outcome of our decisions, how our decisions would be of benefit to other people, and a lot more.

Also, we have to keep in mind that our decision-making is for putting things in the right direction, that is, making things perfect and not spoiling things or trying to create enmities with others. In conclusion, we should keep in mind that our decision-making may work as we have planned or it may fail us.

For example, as of yesterday, I was in a very serious dilemma and thought of what to do to save my friend and me. Before I made the decision that saved us yesterday, I had to think over and over and compare both the present action and the future outcome of the action that would take place after making my decision. By doing so, it gives me the perfect ideas that help me to solve our problems yesterday.

Yes, I deem that there are instances in which decisions must be made for the collective benefits of all. This is especially true when a person is a leader wherever he or she finds herself. It is only a greedy person who would make a decision that would only benefit him or her, leaving others to suffer, which is what most politicians are doing today.

If a decision is made for the collective benefits of all, there would be no problem in the future because everyone would be happy, but if it is made for the selfishness of a person or a small group of persons, then there would be very big problems in the future, as it would definitely create misunderstanding. So, with this being said, decision-making must be made for the collective benefits of all, especially if you are chosen to represent your benefits, you ought to make a decision that would benefit all.
