If you move to another country, pull out your mind current cultural chip set and replace it for a new one based on the reality of your selected target country. This process is a very critical success factor. You need to land twice: Land of the Airplane, and Land in your mind, too. You are not longer at your home country and no one cares about your old nationality nor the pain you took to arrive there.
Understand the expectations of you as Immigrant since you will have to make contributions to the new Country you are arriving. Your MotherLand is gone forever.
