Different worldviews and beliefs is healthy.

The joy of occasionally finding a great movie that also reinforces my world-view doesn't escape me. Movies like Minority Report and The Lives of Others will always be appreciated.

I can't help but feel sorry for the seemingly growing number of people who can't enjoy movies that support different world-views.

If I couldn't enjoy the art of people whose ideas I find reprehensible my life would be pretty empty. Some of my favorite films were Soviet propaganda and I maintain that the Soviets were generally worse than the Nazis.

I know that I talk a lot about philosophy and how I view morality; but, through all that, I'm thankful that I still find myself to be incapable of hating people or what they make for disagreeing with my beliefs or even mocking them. I pity those who are capable of that hate.
