Which ICO tokens is implemented on exchanges and a few steps (my suggestion)

How an exchanges determine which ICO tokens is to be listed or added to their exchange - as there are so many been added hourly.

The main reason that you want a token to listed so you can buy and sell this "new" token, there is a big surges in price when a token is listed on an reliable exchange. Main exchanges don't want to loose out on desperate sellers and eager buyers especially in the first few hours and days.
There is mostly a huge pump and then when when over sold it drops through the floor

How does an exchange work out which Tokens they should support ???
1 - Some Exchanges have a small to huge fees for the ICO owners and the exchange have began charging a small fee per vote per customer
2- The Exchange needs to do their due diligence and to ensure the tokens they list aren’t scams then they will have very unhappy customers.
3 - The Exchange may look into an token how much they have raised, especially if it was a huge amount during their Pre ICO and ICO
4 - If their account holder keep requesting for that token to listed on their exchange
5 - The exchange needs to see if the token is not a fake token with fake voters / accounts - other wise the exchange will have very unhappy customers.
