The Vision

The vision of MOG (Massive Online Gambling) is to transform the online gambling industry by introducing a totally new gambling concept. Token Sale Information

MOG has opened the token sale to the public and invites interested parties to support the project and help us fund the development of our innovative gambling platform. Our sale started on January 19th and will end on March 31st. There will be a total of 20 million tokens created and the token price is set to 0.5 Euro. Tokens will be allocated according to the following schedule:

• 15 million tokens will be offered for sale during the fundraising (75%)
• 2 million tokens are held in reserve for future unknown costs. Locked for 12 months (10%)
• 3 million tokens will act as prize pool guarantees. Locked for 24 months (15%)

Of the 15 million tokens to be sold, cost allocation is set to:

• 15% campaign costs and bonuses
• 10% online marketing over the next 24 months
• 35% development
• 40% jackpot for the first 2 years

There is no soft cap, meaning that there is no funding minimum. The reason is simple — MOG is already a well-established company and our Blockchain platform is going to be created in any case. We have started a token sale to speed things up and offer our players a chance to become a part of the company, helping us build it, side-by-side. The funding maximum is set to 7.5 million Euros.

MOG Token Benefits

MOG has decided to take a different approach when it comes to token benefits for investors. Instead of letting the market decide about the price of tokens, MOG will stimulate the token holders by giving them an opportunity to get part of company’s revenue. All those that hold MOG tokens are in title to a quarterly payout of 10% of the MOG profits. Profits will be distributed every three months starting from January 2019. The payout for entire 2018 will be sent in January 2019.

In addition, MOG Token holders are entitled to one ticket for Jackpot draws that will be held every three months and Grand Prize Jackpot that will be held yearly. For every MOG token owned player will get one ticket for these grand draws. A successful token campaign will give us quarterly Jackpot prizes of 100 000 euro, and an annual prize of 1 million euro.

MOG also offers interesting rewards for its supporters. We will offer a 5% reward to people who contribute towards the success of our token campaign. After registering on our platform and buying 100 tokens, users get a referral link for sharing. Anyone who registers using the link and invests in our project will bring the referral a 5% of total investment!

Technical Info about MOG Tokens

MOG token is an ERC-20-compatible smart contract on the Ethereum Blockchain. It is coded in Solidity, a high-level language for implementing smart contracts, which makes it possible to create all kinds of contracts running on the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM). MOG Tokens can be easily transferred and stored, in the same way as Ethereum tokens.

Token Distribution

Tokens are going to be distributed after the crowd sale has ended for FIAT investors. ETH investors will receive tokens from March 1st. Since token holders are already registered to take part in the Token sale we expect allocation to go quickly. In order for our supporters to purchase MOG Tokens, they will have to register their name, country, and email address. Upon issuance of the tokens, we will require a more detailed profile to meet standard KYC/AML European requirements.
