Project overview - Konios, the optimal crypto-cash solution?

In the world today, cryptocurrencies are going mainstream, a lot of people are looking to acquire these digital currencies as assets, but then there is the problem of acquiring these crypto-currencies easily as sometimes it could get too complicated. You probably have to purchase bitcoin first which you can then use to buy other currencies of your choice. Also transacting with these crypto-currencies is not so fluid compared to the traditional means of payment, for instance if you have a crypto-currency like Monero which you want exchanged for fiat(cash) immediately, you have to convert first to bitcoin before moving to a platform like coinbase (if it’s available for your country) which supports fiat currencies before you can make your withdrawal in fiat and might end up incurring extra fees as well as being tedious. These are just some of the problems involved in cryptocurrency and part of what is hindering it to be readily accepted as a universal means of payment globally. The konios project makes it possible for all crypto lovers around the world to enter the crypto space with cash and transact straightaway with only just an internet connection and a smartphone. The platform works in such a way that there is no need for intermediaries. The transactions on the platform takes place face-to-face (F2F) with another user on the platform. The transaction processes are absolutely regulated and secure. In an attempt to keep the platform’s transactions secure and the fees low, the platform’s blockchain, which authenticates and registers all transactions and activities locally within the platform, is developed. The blockchain serves as a basis for the use of all cryptocurrencies without the need for paying the corresponding chain fees. The platform also makes use of the smart contract technology which tracks and audits transactions and all processes within the platform. Engaged users of the platform will profit from the reward system.
The konois platform has 3 sides to it; firstly, the F2F structure which enables secure and anonymous face-to-face transactions of fiat to cryptocurrency and vice versa. Secondly, the exchange which could be used to trade various cryptocurrency and fiat pairs (cash/crypto, crypto/crypto) and then finally a marketplace where commercial goods and services could be bought or sold with cash and cryptocurrencies.

Konois hopes to bring a lot of people into the crypto space thus adding value to the crypto ecosystem and this boosts support and confidence in the technology. Even with the large number of crypto users in the world, crypto has not yet been accepted globally, one of the explanations for this is that cryptocurrencies are not readily accessible for everyday users. You can’t pay for a cup of coffee at a local café with bitcoin, they would rather accept cash because it is more trusted to them and that’s what they have been accustomed too. With konois, the willing liquidity cash brings is introduced into the crypto market hence making exchange of trivial things such as coffee obtainable with crypto.
