What is DECA?
DECA creates a green economy which digitally signs carbon credits in a blockchain. At this stage, emission reduction through carbon credits is controlled by a few market players: multinational companies and governments. Without a free market or access to people, the impact and purpose of the Paris Agreement are minimized, which is to reduce global emissions by 50% by 2050. Furthermore, current NDCs are not nearly sufficient to reach the Paris Agreement mitigation target. We propose to introduce a Dapp that crypto-democratize the carbon credits by a proof-of-trust mechanism.
DECA's Vision
DECA aims to connect carbon markets and high-quality carbon credits to individuals and businesses in order to ensure social and environmental impact in greenhouse gas emissions. By raising funds, DECA aims to transform the DECA Token to a DECA Currency Platform to create a new green economy based on carbon credits using a lightning network, blockchain and a Proof of Trust mechanism.

08/07/2020, 12:00:01 am (UTC), and ending on 22/07/2020, 12:00:00 am (UTC). With this promotion, you will receive 275 DECA’s per ETH.
After this initial promotion, one more will continue, called Promo Bonus 2, starting on:

Afterward, the DECA ICO will remain active for eleven weeks, from 12/08/2020, 12:00:01 am (UTC) to 16/09/2020, 12:00:00 am (UTC). The goal of the project is to raise at least $ 10 million USD to develop the first decentralized economy based on carbon credits.
DECA seeks to open the carbon market to all people since it is currently controlled only by governments and companies. To achieve this, DECA will create a decentralized database of carbon credits, which will be evaluated by the DECA community, qualified and canceled to avoid double-spending problems. For this, a more efficient and cleaner Proof of Trust mechanism will be used than that used by other cryptocurrencies.
