Eliminating Human Trafficking in the United States and the rest of the World

Although we are not in the old days when people were forced into human trafficking to be more precise slavery, that does not mean that human trafficking does not exists today, only it operates in a more modified form that the majority of the people in the world can not realize. For human trafficking to be eliminated in the United States of America and the world at large, the government needs to accept the fact that passing laws against human trafficking without making sure that those laws are implemented correctly will only be to the detriment of its citizen. Understanding that most human trafficking victims are foreigners, who came from other countries to seek financial prosperity. Being aware of the tactics used by human traffickers against the victim will be a great help in the process. I understand that sometimes human traffickers kidnap the victim to exploit them(victim), but situations like that are rare because imagine kidnapping someone from another country to the United States of America is very difficult, especially taking into consideration the advancement of technology as it relates to the usages of CCTV camera at the Airport or Seaport. And that’s the reason why the trafficker will use other tactics like; “false promises of well-paying jobs or romantic relationships”(“blue-campaign ”). Promising the victim job opportunities, scholarships to the United States for university students, love or marriage promises, etc. To be realistic, this is a situation people in Africa go through, even me. I remember being almost a victim of their tactics once when I was still in Africa.

They need to understand human Traffickers will rather persuade victims from other countries with tricks like; promising the victim job opportunities, scholarships to the United States for university students, love or marriage promises, etc to exploit them(victims) than kidnapping them most when it comes to a country like the United States of America.
