Human company

There is a lot of talk about the fact that a company is not human, however, those who make up a company mostly -not to rule out robots- are human beings, but really what determines whether a company is human or not, is the vision of the owner of this company in transforming the lives of those who work in it. I explain.

If a company is destined to produce monetary gains, this means that every employee will also receive compensation for his or her work and performance. Where does the company cease to be humane if, logically, both the owner and the worker want financial compensation?

The company ceases to be humane when it is based on just paying the employee financially, because the employee must not only grow economically, but integrally in the aspects in which a human being must grow, the quality of life integrates: knowledge base, health, economy and other aspects.

When the company looks after these aspects that I have mentioned and some others, I can assure you that it is a human enterprise, where the employer has a special human quality, including the growth of those who work with him and for him.
