What to stream in June 2019 - Everything you need to know (Netflix, Hulu, HBO Now, Amazon Prime)

in #hulu5 years ago (edited)

Are you a person who enjoys watching a great movie or maybe you have some favorite TV shows? I have just created articles and movies about everything that is coming to Netflix, Hulu, HBO Now and Amazon Prime in June, so I have some great suggestions for you when it comes to what to stream and watch in June 2019.

Maybe you do not have access to all the services described here, but it should still be of great help to those of you looking for something to watch! Let me start by sharing you some of the highlights on Netflix in June.

Netflix highlights in June 2019

There are a couple of big highlights coming to Netflix in June. Black Mirror season 5 will come to all Netflix regions in June, and the same is true about Jessica Jones season 3 (which also is the final season), and Designated Survivor season 3. These are all interesting and great, but what I look forward to the most is the new Netflix original movie named Murder Mystery with Adam Sandler and Jenifer Aniston. It is a comedy telling the story of a married couple who finally decides to go on their honeymoon, only to be involved in a murder for which they are the main suspects.

For those with access to Canadian or American Netflix, it is also worth mentioning the arrival of the new Spider-man: into the Spider-verse movie. I read some awesome reviews of the movie here on Steemit, and I know it has received lots of praise on Rotten Tomatoes and elsewhere online as well. Another treat for those who like animated movies is Wreck-it-Ralph 2, better known as Ralph Breaks the Internet.

Coming to Hulu in June

Hulu is going to be great in June as well, not because of the large number of highlights, but because it is the month we have been waiting for since the second season of The Handmaid's Tale ended last year. The third season will come in June, and we have even greater expectations after it was delayed (original arrival was in April 2019).

A movie worth mentioning on Hulu is The Spy Who Dumped Me with Mila Kunis. Vice is another great movie coming to Hulu, and Juliet Naked seems to be an amusing little story worth watching on Hulu as well.

Coming to HBO USA in June

This is the best place to be in June, at least if you have to pick one. Not only will we be served the second season of Big Little Lies, but there will be lots of other treats coming to addition. A Star is Born might be the biggest highlight of them all, so this is your chance to listen to Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga sing together if you haven't seen the Academy Awarded movie yet.

Bad Times at the El Royale doesn't seem to be my kind of movie, but this is a mixture of a scary movie with a good script and an interesting story. Maybe I will watch it anyway?

I know the most recent Robin Hood movie didn't receive a lot of praise, but I think I will take the chance and watch it on HBO Now in June no matter what. And if that isn't enough, the Robin Hood movie from 2010 will be added to HBO Now as well in June.

One of the movies that look really interesting is The 15:17 to Paris. This tells the true story with some of the real characters about some soldiers that managed to stop a terror attack on a train to Paris. And, I should also mention The Man and his Gun coming to HBO Now. This is a slow action movie, but still with humor and great acting!

Coming to Amazon Prime in June

Amazon Prime and Hulu have a lot in common, so there aren't really any big highlights on Amazon worth mentioning, except The Spy Who Dumped Me, Suits season 8 (while waiting for Suits season 9 which will come in July 2019), Spaceballs (the old classic), and Yardie (the brand new movie directed by Idris Elba.

Other things to do in June...

If you didn't find enough inspiration reading through these rows and watching the different clips, do not forget about all the upcoming sports events in June including the Cricket World Cup, the FIFA World Cup for women, and also the Champions League final on June 2nd. I believe June will be great, not because of all the streaming services with their movies and TV shows, nor because of the Champions League final, but they will for sure make it even easier to enjoy the first summer month of 2019.

What do you look forward to stream in June 2019? I would love to hear from you!
