Many people have problems with their feet whilst out on either a hike, walk or run. If you don't give your feet regular care and attention, they WILL ultimately fail you. In this video i will address the measures you can take in order to avoid these ailments.

Great video :) Our greatest tool is our feet. Need to keep them in tip top shape. Great info.
I struggle getting the missus to wear proper footwear when we go for a trip to the seaside. She loves flip-flops and I'm always repeating myself on the lack of support they give.

Because I am diabetic, I learned to take good care of my feet. No high heels, fancy toeless shoes and no flip-flops for the beach. Always good support. Boots for work on the homestead and for walking. They are the only feet you have and you may need them to save your life!

We are still safe. The fighting is happening closer to my son's house. UN security council is supposed to be sending a representative on Friday. Ortega was supposed to have ordered a truce last Friday. The violence is escalating out of control. People are wondering if has any control left. To give a brief example of what I mean, this happened on Saturday and has been reported in BBC news on Sunday.
There are videos of the kids being burnt alive, screaming and crying out. This makes me physically ill.
Truly sickening! God be with you.
