Tomorrow, you might find something is very precious for yourself.
It may be a trust you build with the people around you.
Or it may be artwork only you can create if you are an artist.
However, it doesn't mean you get them only by yourself.
If it is a trust between you and your colleagues, proper management of the workplace have nurtured it in a sense.
If it is an artwork, you can freely make any art because your right to do so is protected by the government.
However, it doesn't mean that the managers and politicians are doing them for good.
They want more sales or votes or avoid criticism by doing them.
If they are free to do anything, they will do whatever brings them more sales or votes.
So there are rules to protect you from the managers and politicians.
For example, a company like Google has an extensive view.
They know a pleasant and comfortable workplace will bring them more sales in the long-term.
And such a workplace attracts capable people who increase sales even more.
On the other hand, exploitive companies have a very narrow view.
Their employees are treated like cattle, as their managers believe that employees can only do what they are told to do.
They believe that employees won't work if they are given more discretion.
However, even good companies like Google are not always right.
It is kind to their employees, but it has driven out all the other competing companies in the past.
And with its monopolistic position, Google can treat the employees good.
You may realize something is very important when somebody tries to rob it from you.
Tomorrow, be careful not let the exploitive companies' short-sighted way of running themselves or good Google's unjust affairs damage you by robbing from you.

政治家は、批判を避けるためや、次期選挙でも当選して職を確保するために、表現の自由を確保しようとする。
純粋な善意ではないケースがほとんどだと思うんだよね。
隠された魂胆がある。
政治家や管理職・役員というのは、放っておけば、それが売上や票に繋がるなら、どこまでも個人を濫用しようとしてくる。
自分の視点からしかものを見てないからね。
濫用を防止するのが、法律と他人からの批判的な視線なわけで。
例えば、グーグルなどの企業というのは、とても視点が高い。
良好な職場環境が売上に繋がることを知っているし。
良好な職場環境は優秀な人材を惹きつけ、その人材がさらに売上を運んでくる。
他方、日本のブラック企業は、視点が低い。
社員の尻をノルマで叩くなど、手段がとても「直接的」。
社員を指示に従うことしかできない家畜としか見ていないから、売上を増やす手段が短絡的になる。
ちょっと目を離せば、さぼるのが社員だというのがブラック企業の認識。
性悪説が、ブラック企業の運営指針。
あなたがどういう企業にお勤めしているかは分からないけど。
守りたいものに気づけるのは、それを奪おうとしてくる人がいるからかもしれない。
グーグルのような企業は善良であろうとするが、その裏で犠牲になるのはあなたかもしれない。
例えば、グーグルは従業員には優しいが、他の企業を駆逐し独占的地位を獲得して、そのあり余った力で従業員に優しくしている。
ブラック企業の短絡的手段、あるいは、善良な企業の裏の顔の犠牲になるのは、あなたかもしれないので、気をつけたほうがいいかなと思う。
