To shape your imaginations or to realize your dreams, you may be struggling.
Maybe you don't have enough skills.
Or maybe you need to train yourself with dull, boring training programs.
Or maybe you are given a task which requires you to care details.
Or maybe you are required to work in fields to get an office work which is the one you really want.
Tomorrow, try not to give up on those tasks.

Try hard.
Rome was not built in a day
To get a big picture of what you are doing, you need to know details or fields.
You cannot be a CEO without work experience.

Horiemon who is a famous Japanese entrepreneur even says you don't need work experience to be an entrepreneur.
But he HAS work experience and I think using the knowledge from the experience he launches unique businesses.

I agree that there is a very small number of people who don't need work experience.
But I think those people are uncommon.

Besides, being engaged in details or in boring training programs tend to be evaluated high by people around you these days.
Maybe you don't like those at this moment but what the recent stars telling us is that you might start liking it.
Or those might bring you insights which make you special in your field.

The Sun stays at Virgo for about one more week.
While the time, we can try some more details or training programs to improve our skills.
And then we can move on to Libra's "adjustment" phase.

夢や空想を具現化させるにあたって。
スキル不足に悩んだり、スキルアップのための退屈な鍛錬を続けるのが億劫だったりする人もいるのかもしれない。
もしくは、苦手なのに細部にこだわらなければいけない仕事を振られていて、辛いのかもしれない。
明日は、そういう鍛錬や仕事を放り投げたりしないようにしたいかなと思う。
千里の道も一歩から。
細部なんて重要でない、と思うかもしれないけど。
大局観を養うには、まずは細部を知らないといけない。
手を動かした経験もなく、いきなり社長になれないように。
まずは下積みから。

下積みなんて不要、とかホリエモンが言ってたりするけど。
ホリエモンはホリエモンで、若かりし頃はプログラミングという下積みをしていた。
その経験から現場の状況を想像し、様々なビジネスを展開しているにすぎない。

まあ下積みが本当に不要な人は一部いると思うけど。
大概の人にはそれは当てはまらない。

退屈な鍛錬、細部にこだわりのある仕事、そういうのが周囲から評価されやすい時でもあり。
そういう一見楽しくなさそうなものに楽しみを見出せる時でもあるし。
細部にこだわることで、様々な洞察を授かる時期でもあるし。

太陽が乙女座から天秤座に移動するまで、残り1週間程度。
もう少し頑張ってみてもいいかなと思う。
