The Mars has just entered the realm of Aquarius.
You may have compromised or concessioned and finally, you are ready to move on.
For example, what you want and what you are given by your boss are mismatched and you need to compromise.
Or, because you are in love with your boss and it was hard to ask him or her out.
Or, you want to be with your partner, but because you need to change your last name to get married and you don't like it you are trying to persuade your parents you want to be with your partner without being married.

But It may not be an easy game to move on further.
The nepotism, being too realistic or evaluation too much weight on what you have achieved rather than what you may achieve in future, may prevent you to move on.
It's not a matter of who is right or wrong.

Suppose you are a black getting along well with white people, and because of that you are left out of your black friends.
Your colleague may be better off than you just because he is a good friend of the boss.
You may be only given a work which you have good experience of, even though you want to try something new.
You may want Angel investors to look at what you can achieve in future but they only look at your academic background.

It is not an easy game, but make sure your hands stay clean.
Do not play a dirty trick to win those games.
Win some more achievements or make some more contributions to your boss or Angel investors cannot ignore you.
Do not give up to persuade your parents.

妥協や譲歩を重ね。
今ようやく戦う準備が整ったということなのかもしれない。
例えば、自分のやりたい仕事と上司や客から与えられる仕事にミスマッチがあって、すり合わせをしていたのかもしれないし。
例えば、お互いの立場を気にして好きな人にアプローチしきれなかったんだけど、なんとかメアドを交換して、これから本格的にアプローチするぞってところかもしれないし。
例えば、一緒になりたいけど、籍をいれると名字を変えなければいけないため、事実婚で周囲を説得してるとか。

ただ、簡単に勝てる戦いではないのかもしれない。
身内びいきとか。
過度な現実主義、実績主義とか。
そういうものと戦っていかなければいけないのかもしれない。
正しければ勝てるっていう話ではないと思うんだよね。

例えば、外国人と仲良くしていたら、日本人からはぶられたりとか。
例えば、実力のあるあなたより、コネのあるライバルが優勢になったりとか。
例えば、あなたの実績のある分野でしか、仕事を任せてもらえなかったりとか。
例えば、起業するので将来性を見て欲しいのに、あなたの経歴の汚点をつつかれたりだとか。
例えば、遺産等、将来のことを考えると、事実婚は難しいのでは？と反対意見がでたり。

勝つために、自分を汚すようなことはしないほうがいいかなと思う。
回り道でも、コツコツと実績を積んでいく。
任せてもらえたことをしっかりこなすことで、信頼を勝ちえていく。
辛抱強く説得にあたる。
そういうほうがいいかなと思う。
