It's a matter of how to distribute the wealth fairly.
Or it's a matter of how to get along with lots of people in a society.
The problem is a more macroscopic view, rather than microscopic.
I know you have something special and you need to be cared for especially.
But you are one of the members of society, and we need rules, so every member is treated specially.
You are not the only one who is special.

For example, I think most "winners" of workers, hired executives are just lucky.
It doesn't mean they are superior to other workers.
They are lucky enough to be given a job at which they are good and to work with superior members.
I think it's still ok such executives are given a few thousands of dollars, but it's too much if they are given more than ten thousands of dollars.
I know there are those who are really superior to other workers and maybe they deserve ten thousand.
Most Japanese executives point to such superior executives and say "they are given that much and I'm not so my salary is not a global standard.".

I think what we need here is to judge each executive.
Stockholders are there to do that.
In my opinion, Artificial Intelligence, AI works for the purpose.
Put inputs such as sales, profits, employment and production costs, workers' and customers' satisfaction, etc. and the AI gives you the judgment of an executive.
Employment and production costs are not necessarily better if they are low.
You can set the costs as social contributions and can be considered good if the costs are high.

At Nov 27th, the Moon is at Leo.
While such management is on the focus, there are special people to be treated separately from ordinary people.
How to judge such special people is the problem.
And such judgment is intrinsically discrimination itself due to "abilities".
Capitalism is a system which discriminates equal people with abilities.
If it is ok to allow such discrimination to exist is also what we should think over.

At Nov 28th, the Moon is still at Leo.
If you have a story you want others to listen to, try to attract them with who you are, rather than appeal how logical and correct your story is.
Such an attitude may not be considered good, but in reality, sometimes people judge contents with their exteriors.

富をどのように配分するかとか。
横の繋がりをどのようにして維持するかとか。
そういうことに意識のいく時ではあるんだけれども。
ミクロよりマクロ。
あなたの個別の事情は置いておいて、どう全体を最適化するのか、という話。

例えば、大概のサラリーマン系勝ち組、雇われ経営者は運に恵まれていただけだと思うんだよね。
運に恵まれ、部下に恵まれ、勝ち組となった。
彼らが特に周囲より秀でているわけではない。
なので、数千万程度の年収ならともかく、億にまでのぼる高額の年収は不当であるわけなんだけれども。
かといって、本当に優秀な経営者はいて、そういう人たちまで億の年収が不要かというと、そうでもなく。
要は、大概の雇われ経営者は、そういう一部の優秀な経営者の高額年収を指し、自分の年収は彼らより安い、グローバルスタンダードじゃない、不当だ、とか訴えるわけです。

対策としては、各経営者の能力をよく見極めて、年収を定めるしかない。
そのために株主がいる。
個人的には、AIとかで各経営者の能力を客観的に見極めることができそうだなと思うけど。
売上、利益率、人件費、原価、従業員・顧客満足度等々の総合評価で、決められそうだなと。
ちなみに、人件費や原価は高いほど評価マイナスっていう単純な評価の仕方ではなく。
社会貢献度という評価を設定し、人件費や原価が高いほど、社会貢献度も高くなる、っていう項目を設定したりできるんじゃないかな。

27日、月は獅子座。
そういう全体の運用にスポットライトが当たるなかで。
特別な人というのはやっぱりいる。
そういう特別な人と、凡人をどう区別するかというのが課題なのではないかなと思う。
そういう区別は、本質的には差別でもあるので。
そもそもそういう差別をすべきなのかどうか、という問題もある。

主張の内容ではなく、主張している人の魅力で相手を説得する。
