How do we make a company strong?
How do we make a company sustainable?
How do we make a society developed and prosper?
These days, the focus is on communities and organizations.
Behind it, individuals are somewhat oppressed and exploited.
And individuals have started to accuse communities and organizations.

It's important to accuse unfairness of communities/organizations, but when you look at the accusations closely, they are somewhat unfair.
We only think of ourselves and accuse, and do not consider the outcome of it, hence the damage we might cause to communities/organizations if all the accusations are accepted.
It's similar to the attitude of communities and organizations who only think of the merits they receive.

So the conclusion for the conflict between individuals and communities/organizations so far is too simple.
We belong to communities/organizations oppressing ourselves for money or help.
Or we become independent from any companies and earn money all by ourselves for the liberation of ourselves from communities/organizations.

When the Uranus enters Taurus in the coming March, more options may become available.
Maybe companies install the system in which members can work from home to attract independent professionals.
Maybe individuals work for a company and themselves at the same time and are satisfied because the liberation of individuals is too costly.
I mean people may get more practical and mundane.

Tomorrow, you may face conflict, and it may prompt you to revolutionize yourself.
Maybe you decide to work for yourself because you realize working for a company is not for you.
The Uranus is still in Aries and so it may not be the problem of little salary or working environment.
It's rather like you desire for your liberation.
For example, you may want to do everything from planning, managing and creating based on the plan you have made and so decide to work all alone.
Or you may be criticized and decide to change yourself or to prove the criticizing man is wrong one day.

あげた声の中身をよくよく見ると、声の主自身のことしか考慮されていなかったり。
それは結局、組織が自分たちの組織の利害しか考えてこなかったのと一緒で。

今の段階の結論としては、all or nothingになってしまっていることも多いのかもしれない。
つまり、組織の繁栄のために組織に服従することで収入をえるか。
困難な道であるけれども、独立することで、組織からの解放と収入、両方を求めていくのか。
その２択しかない。

本格的に、即物的なすりあわせが行われていくのかもしれない。
組織は人をかき集めるために、リモートワークを導入したり。
個人は、組織に属し安定をえながら、副業でそこそこ稼いで満足したり。
組織からの解放なんて、デメリットのほうが多いよね、的な。

そんな中、明日は、なんらかの軋轢があって、その軋轢が、あなた自身の変革を促す日になるのかもしれない。
組織に属することの限界・矛盾を感じて、その中から独立・転職等を志す人もでてくるのかもしれない。
まだ天王星は牡羊座にいるので、収入やら条件やらの問題というより、観念的な自由を求めて、ってことなのかもしれない。
例えば、収入アップの側面からすると管理職は魅力的だけれども、いつまでも現場にいたいってことなのかもしれない。
例えば、管理職やら企画屋の指示通りに現場の仕事をやるのではなく、企画や管理ひっくるめて、全部自分でやりたいってことなのかもしれない。
もしくは、非難されて、行動や心の在り方をあらためたり、逆に見返してやる、と決意するとか。
