They say hard work pays off.
But I think it's not always the case.

For example, after you work hard to be a lawyer, you find out that you don't like the job or there are too many lawyers to earn money.
But it's difficult for you to decide to quit the job despite the situation because the time and the money you have invested in being a lawyer are huge and you don't want to waste it.

Another example is, In Japanese, we call some of the old people as "old dotards."
We call so because they disturb new technologies and businesses using their positions because they don't want to lose their privileges.
Their privileges were earned when they were young by working hard, and they still hold onto them.

What I'm trying to say is that there are quite a few cases your hard work could stop you or society from growing.

Tomorrow, pay attention to trends rather than what you have worked hard.
Read the trends and find your chance.
Grasp what is required by society, rather than what you want to hold on to, at least for tomorrow.

Your hard work may not be wasted with new technologies or businesses as long as you try to use it.
Try to learn new things and add them to what you have got by working hard.

For example, if you find out you might lose a job by introducing Artifical Intelligence, then try to get a position of its AI planning or managing.
I know with AI, we lose some jobs, even if you yourself manage to get such a position.
At least for now, we need to compete with others to get a job as long as we work for a company.

I think what we can do is to create a job yourself.
The Internet is there for you.
On the internet, you can sell what you can only provide.
If you are an only employee, you don't need a big business which big companies need to keep hiring some number of employees.
Just a small business would do for you.

Just that, don't go and cheat people to earn money.
Don't go to a pyramid scheme business which is very common on the Japnese internet.
Don't go an easy way.
The Jupiter is at Sagittarius, but the Saturn is at Capricorn, so we still need hard work to succeed.
I think affiliate marketing is ok because you can provide useful articles on the internet if you try, but selling expensive and worthless lectures to ignorant people is ethically bad.
Be right and ambitious.
We can truly succeed only after hard work and tolerance.
I think that's the stars are telling us.

努力は裏切らないとは言うけれど。
本当にそうかな？と思うんだよね。
例えば、司法試験へ向けて何年も勉強して弁護士になってみたけど、自分に向いた仕事ではなかった、供給ばかりで仕事が回ってこないとなった時に。
何年も勉強したという事実が、弁護士という職業を捨てるのを躊躇わせることもあるのではないかなと思う。
老害というのも要は、長年かけて築いた自分の地位、スキル・経験が捨てられないため、自分の地位を利用し、新技術や新ビジネスを妨害するというのが本質なわけで。

長年の努力・経験が足かせになってあなたや社会の成長を阻むことが多々あるということ。

明日は、あなたのしてきた努力より、トレンドに着目すべき時なのかもしれない。
客観的に、冷静な目で時流を読むようにしてみて。
チャンスはトレンドの中にある。
あなたのやりたいこと・やってきたことではなく、何が社会から求められてるか、ということを見極める必要があるのかなと思う。

今までの努力・長年かけて築いてきたものが、完全に無駄になるってことはないと思うんだよね。
使いようなわけで。
何か新しい技術やトレンドを学んでプラスアルファすることで、時代に通用するようになるのではないかなと思う。

例えばAI化であなたの今の仕事がなくなるというのであれば。
今の仕事を分析・解析し、AIを企画・設計・実装する側に回ればよいわけであるし。
まあ、AI化することにより仕事のパイが減るのは事実なんだけどね。
なのであぶれる人は必ずでてくる。
少なくとも現状では、限られたパイを勝ちとるしか、生き残る術はない。
会社にいる限り。

今は、ココナラ、YouTube等で、個人で小さくビジネスを始めることができるから。
自分自身で、今までの努力・長年かけて築いたものを再利用し、何か新しいビジネスを考案して売ればいいのではないかなと思う。
会社は、会社として利益をあげてたくさんの従業員を養わなければいけないから、需要の大きいビジネスしかできない。
個人であれば、自分だけ食えればいいので、ニッチ産業に参入することもできる。
自分でパイを創造するってことが求められてるのかなと思う。

気をつけたいのは、安易な方向へ舵をとらないこと。
倫理観は人それぞれだけど。
ネットワークビジネスとか倫理的に問題あるだろ、と思うんだよね。
アフィリエイトはまあやり方によっては価値を生み出すのでいいと思うけど、内容のない胡散臭い高額セミナーやらメンターとか、正直、無価値なものを無知な人に売りつけることで楽して稼いでるようにしか見えないんだよね。
正しい志を持ち、さらなる努力・忍耐を経た後にのみ、新しい道は開けるのだと星は言っている気がする。
