Homey Project: The Beginnings

Hi everyone!

Big news today: after two months of birocracy, today we received the permit to build our family dream, in the suburbs of Bucharest!

The story started in february, when I decided to sell 5 BTC, and buy 800 square meters of land, 7 kms away from the city's international airport. We loved this place as it is very accessible from a main road, and fits perfectly to our needs.

Despite the fact that the land was abandoned by the previous owner for more than 20 years, it it located on a private road, and shares all utilities with 10 neighbors (electricity, natural gas, water and sewerage).

Today, we cleaned up the land, and this is how it looks:

There are no pictures before-and-after the cleaning phase, because my neighbors deposited here all kind of garbage, which I do not want to share.

The only important thing is that now we are ready to start building our homey!
