Who in their right mind would call a chicken coop a "Mansion" and claim "it's my best work"?

And like everything else, it is not finished.

As of November 01, 2017, Reid states in a video, he needs to "put the tarp over his greenhouse" structure he illegally built that is over his septic tank......again, not finished.
